Our products are custom made and bespoke how would you keep the influencers engaged
I’d keep influencers engaged by making the bespoke nature of the product central to their experience. From my sports marketing projects, I’ve seen that creators are more invested when they feel the brand is personally tailored to them. For example, providing influencers with golf bags customized with their name, logo, or style makes the product something they’re proud to showcase. I’d also maintain ongoing communication—sharing brand updates, reposting their content, and involving them in future campaigns—so they feel like true partners, not just one-off collaborators. By creating that sense of exclusivity and long-term value, influencers are more likely to remain enthusiastic and authentic advocates for the brand.

What strategies would you use to track the success of an influencer seeding campaign?
From my experience working on sports marketing projects at NYU, I know the importance of measuring both quantitative and qualitative impact. I’d track performance using clear metrics like engagement rates, impressions, content shares, and follower growth that result from influencer posts. Beyond raw numbers, I’d look at sentiment in comments and direct feedback from influencers to gauge authenticity and brand perception. For a niche product like golf bags, I’d also track unique discount codes, referral links, or mentions of the brand in golf communities to connect influencer activity with actual conversions. Combining these data points would provide a full picture of campaign ROI and help refine strategy for future seeding efforts.

How would you identify the right influencers for a niche product like golf bags?
Through my work at NYU and in sports marketing, I’ve had experience researching and selecting the right creators for campaigns and mock sponsorship projects. I’d approach this by first analyzing the golf space to find influencers who authentically connect with players and fans, whether that’s course vloggers, golf TikTok creators, or niche Instagram accounts. Just like in my past projects, I’d look beyond follower count to focus on engagement, audience demographics, and brand alignment. I’d also explore adjacent spaces—college athletes, lifestyle creators, or travel influencers—who overlap naturally with golf culture. This ensures the influencers chosen aren’t just promoting a product, but genuinely driving visibility and credibility for the brand.
