What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I personally believe brands don’t utilize user generated content enough. Many consumers are more aware of when they are being unauthentically marketed to, but UGC content allows for a relatable, virtual, real time review of a product or service. This basically allows for selling directly to a consumer without the feeling of being sold to.

Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
I have a spent a lot of time on Berkeley campus as a student organizer. One of my most memorable experiences was this past summer, whereas I assisted in the large scale organization of Black student athletes for a Black Lives Matter movement. It was difficult because we could only communicate online. Nonetheless it was successful and not only were we able to organize students but notable alumni as well. It resulted in a digital video showing the faces and stories of students and alumni. The video was broadcasted on NCAA and PAC 12 network!
