What strategies would you use to increase engagement on the account?
Stay up to date on recent trends and post in that format in a timely manner. Trends move very quickly and its important to use them before they become irrelevant.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
Depending on the comment, I would either delete it if the content is is hateful or discriminatory, or clear up any misunderstandings with a customer if it is not of that nature and tell them they can reach out to customer service about their experience to try and rectify it.
