Authenticity means being true to yourself and others. Being real with not only yourself but those around you. This goes for anything in this world. Authenticity is being honest even if the truth can hurt.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
By blasting content of fun and good looking skin and customers in joying the product. The more a potential customer sees the content the more the fear they are losing out in feeling fun and fresh as those who already use our products.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would apologize for whatever it was that had made them leave a negative review and ask what I could do to solve the situation. I would try my best to communicate with the customer so that I can learn how to fix the situation now and in the future.
