Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.
Provider Type: Birth DoulaThe Concept: "Protecting the Peace" This concept focuses on the emotional whiplash a doula experiences when transitioning from the sacred, intimate space of a birth directly into the sterile, frustrating world of administrative paperwork, positioning Swishvo as the shield between the two.The Hook (Audio & On-Screen Text): (Soft, steady voiceover) "You were called to hold space. Not to sit on hold."The Visual Sequence:0:00 - 0:03: We open on a tight, warm-toned shot of a doula’s hands carefully packing a birth bag (massage oils, rebozo, fairy lights) in the early morning light. The audio is just the natural, quiet sounds of the room.0:03 - 0:08: The voiceover continues: "Your energy belongs in the birthing room, protecting your clients..." We see a brief, beautiful shot of the doula looking exhausted but deeply fulfilled, sipping tea on a couch after a long birth.0:08 - 0:15: "…not buried under billing codes and rejected claims." Instead of showing them stressed at a computer, we show them smoothly closing their laptop with a sigh of relief, smiling as they look at their phone to see a Swishvo notification that claims were processed.0:15 - 0:20: The screen fades to the Swishvo logo with the text: "You do the healing. We handle the system."The Caption: Your energy is your most valuable asset. Every hour you spend fighting with insurance companies or untangling billing codes is an hour stolen from your rest, your peace, and your clients. 🤎At Swishvo, we manage the credentialing and the administrative heavy lifting so you can stay fully present in your sacred work. A provider comments on our post: ‘I tried a platform like this before and got burned. Why should I trust y’all?’ Draft your response.
We hear you, and honestly, your hesitation makes total sense. 🤎 So many administrative systems over-promise and leave practitioners to pick up the pieces. Most platforms are built for traditional clinical models and try to force holistic care into boxes that just don't fit. We built Swishvo specifically for doulas, midwives, and holistic providers to protect your sacred work from that exact kind of administrative burnout. We’d love to show you exactly how our approach to credentialing and billing is different—send us a DM if you're open to a transparent, no-pressure chat. If not, we completely respect your boundaries and are just grateful you’re out there doing the healing work."

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?
he Brand to Emulate: Therapy for Black Girls (or Tia)If you look at the social content for Therapy for Black Girls or the modern women's health clinic Tia (@asktia), they master the exact voice Swishvo needs. The Voice: It is deeply empathetic, culturally rooted, and highly educational, but it feels like you are getting advice from a trusted, brilliant mentor rather than a hospital administrator. The Editing Translation: To achieve this for Swishvo, the editing through Whiz Loft should prioritize warmth and pacing. Think smooth J-cuts, slightly warmer color grading, and holding the frame on the subject's face so they can truly connect with the viewer. The music shouldn't be driving or aggressive; it should be lo-fi, acoustic, or ambient. The hooks should be empowering ("You do the healing, we handle the system"), validating the vital work these providers do.
