What gets you excited about working in the beauty industry?
I feel like the beauty industry is a place in which I can leave my mark on uplifting women’s (especially POC women’s) confidence through specific marketing and products. I know, growing up, how certain advertisements and specific products completely changed my perception of myself (both in good and sometimes negative ways). I want to be able to see why specific choices are made in all parts of the process, from conception to the finished product.
