Yes, I've experienced this in some of my close relationships and in my living situations as well. When struggling to find the right words to say, I try my best to act in alignment with my values of kindness and honesty.

I'm interested in working with Inner Journey because as a growth-centered Psychology major with a Neuroscience emphasis, I'm driven by a passion for the mind-body connection. With minors in Personal Health & Well-Being and Biology, I'm also fascinated by how mental health shapes human well-being. I've always been drawn to the mind, and this opportunity would allow me to sharpen the delicate skills needed when working alongside patients and their mental health.

Furthermore, I'm particularly passionate about learning more about the psychological sides of health, as they're often overlooked in medicine. I'm driven by a commitment to treat people holistically, recognizing that their stories, identities, and circumstances are just as important as their symptoms. I look forward to gaining mental health experience with Inner Journey, while sharpening the lens I plan to carry into my future as a physician.
