What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
The most important aspect I look for when considering a new social app would have to be what I gain from it. Is it fun and entertaining? Does it help me promote my work? Is it a social platform allowing me to meet new people? Two other important aspects I look for is if it's user friendly and easy to navigate, and if it has a good amount of users who also enjoy the app!

What role does journaling play in your life?
Journaling is a time of self reflection as well as winding down at the end of the day. It allows me to do something relaxing while I focus on myself, and I consider it a part of my self care!
