Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?

One time while collecting news for a group assignment, i had to face the people of the surrounding community. Luckily, through communication skills such as empathetic listening and fluency i was able to get the most news out of the community members and even build connections with people of different occupations.

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?

I would use inclusive marketing by diverse imagery and messaging, partnering with community leaders and organizations, and advertise in various languages and formats.  For access and engagement, i would provide options for different learning styles, offer cultural sensitivity training, and use flexible teaching methods, multimedia resources, and accessible platforms.
