What strategies would you use to keep the Discord community active and engaged?
Create engaging and thought provoking topics for members to discuss. Making events for members to take part in e.g. game nights, movie nights, study sessions etc. Actively respond to people in the message channels to keep the channels active and engaged.

How would you handle a conflict between community members?
Listen to both sides of the argument and empathise with both parties. Reminding all members involved what the purpose of this server is for and asking them politely that if they must have this conversation they should do it privately via DMs. If ignored or argued back at, mention that they could get muted for not following the rules.
