What experience do you have with promoting wellness apps?
I do not have experience with promoting wellness apps, but I have experience promoting mental health issues as I have struggled throughout my life with them myself. I am a huge advocate for others struggling and would love to take the next step by recommending this app.

How would you inspire others to try mental fitness habits?
I suffer from anxiety and am always looking for ways to take control of my stress and anxieties. I think having mental health issues is something many people could relate to so I hope sharing some of my story could inspire others to see mental fitness habits as an option to overcome difficult times.

What is your relationship with your hair?
