The most important thing a social media manager should be doing according to me is making sure its inclusive, doesn't hurt anyone's sentiments and that it is in sync with the interests of the viewers.

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
In a group setting I mostly play the role of a Leader and a strategist at the same time. Strategizing is one of my strong suits and I believe I am quite good at it. As a leader, I encourage everyone to pitch in their ideas and work as a group to pick the best one.
