What roles do you think sports plays in consumer behavior and affinity?
When people watch sports they immediately have an affinity to one team/ person . This affinity carries one person to become more connected with the team, players, team culture, and more. They consumer then finds ways to get more connected with the team whether it is buying tickets to the next game or buying a jersey of their favorite player. Sports allow a person to go through a whirlpool of emotions and in turn makes them even more connected to them with the fond memories they have.
