Abigail Collins
Social Media Content Coordinator

What is your process for polishing and editing visual content?
I have experience with Canva and Capcut. My process is very organic. But here is an example workflow:
Brainstorming stage: come up with an idea or find inspiration.
Planning stage: Once the tiktok/instagram post idea is decided- plan what content need to be shot. Who is going to be in it? Plan shooting dates. If the planning is not complicated- move straight to filming/editing.
Filming/gather content
Editing stage

How would you approach increasing engagement on our social channels?
I just checked out the Instagram feed, Reels, and Tiktok page. Here are some reccomendations I have:
More Shortform content geared towards the Abigail Collin's target audience. Get ready with me's. Game day's. Penn state alumni going to a work event wanting to rep their schools!
This or that Abigail Collins Edition with Katie and Abby. We have them pick between some Abigail Collins bestsellers.
More content that is right on the nose of whats popular right now. (ex. Hallelujah trend)
Reach out to Penn State Deans, Professors, Coaches, President about collaborations. How cool would it be to see Neeli Bendapudi in the Varsity Sweater?!
A brand that I think Abigail Collins could follow is @LisaSaysGah its another brand with a similar audience.

Short-Form Video Editor

What creators or brands do you think have really strong content right now?
Poppi is killing it. Their collab with mickey at coachella was really well done. Their instagram is very gen-z forward. The 'memes' are relatable. They are also flying on the Zara Larsson aesthetic which is super popular right now.
I love Kaki Kirk. Shes so relatable and her content varies from super editing heavy to simple videos just talking to the camera. She's friendly, funny, and feels like a friend. She strikes the perfect balance of put-together and raw authenticity that just works.
