I utilize technology like Asana or Trello. I'm good at compartmentalizing and working under pressure. I identify and divide the roles as "most urgent", "Important" and "Delegate", starting with the most urgent. This is the Eisenhower Matrix and works very well.

In my previous role as a business development assistant, I built an automation system using chatgpt API to write product descriptions. We were able to write 2000 product description within 10 minutes which would manually take hours.
