I personally reached out to over 20 directors and actors, including Ahad Raza Mir, Humayun Saeed, and Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy, using tailored outreach and leveraging mutual connections. Once they confirmed, my team of 14 and I handled all logistics, from travel to panel moderation. This effort made FILUMS one of its most star-studded editions, doubling attendance, boosting social media engagement by 128% and helping me build lasting industry relationships.
