How does your audience engage with your fitness/running content, and what type of videos perform best for you?

They engage with the ugly stuff most.

Not the polished race-day recap or the sleek shoe reviews—my best performing videos are always the raw, no-edit "run with me" talks. Just me, heavy breathing, confessing how much I didn’t want to lace up that morning. Those get saved, shared, and weirdly intimate comments. People don’t want a highlight reel; they want to feel less alone in the grind.

Can you walk us through your process for executing a scripted brand video?

I’ve scrapped perfectly decent lines because the wrong face said them. Put the right face in the right room, let them just be for a second, and the whole thing breathes without trying. Everything else—camera moves, lighting, even the words—just wraps around that truth. Nail that, and you’re already 80% home.
