What experience do you have with digital marketing campaigns or event support?

I have some experience creating user-generated style content, focusing on authentic, relatable posts that feel natural rather than overly produced. I’ve made short-form videos and social media content that highlight real use and everyday scenarios, which helps build trust and engagement with audiences. I’ve also supported digital marketing by helping with content planning and staying on top of trends to keep posts relevant. While my event experience is limited, I’ve assisted with promoting events through social media and understand how to support overall campaign goals.

How would you approach creating content that resonates with skincare consumers?

I’d approach creating content for skincare consumers by focusing on authenticity, education, and relatability. Skincare audiences are very ingredient-aware and value transparency, so I’d create content that clearly explains product benefits (like SPF protection or skincare ingredients) in a simple, visually engaging way such as short-form videos, before-and-after visuals, and “why it works” breakdowns. I’d also prioritize user-generated content and real-life use cases to build trust, since consumers tend to connect more with genuine experiences than overly polished ads. Staying on top of trends across platforms like TikTok and Instagram would be key, but I’d adapt them to fit the brand’s voice so the content still feels cohesive. Finally, I’d use performance data (engagement, saves, shares) to continuously refine the strategy, doubling down on what resonates, whether that’s educational tips, lifestyle content, or product-focused storytelling. The goal would be to create content that not only looks good, but actually helps consumers feel confident incorporating the product into their daily routine.
