What ideas do you have for showcasing Johnnie-O’s collegiate apparel in a natural college setting?
1. “Game Day to Going Out”
I would start in a casual game day look (Johnnie-O top and sneakers), then do a quick transition into a more elevated outfit (swap shoes, add jewelry, layer pieces). Shows how the apparel can go from tailgates to social events effortlessly.
2. “Day in My Life” (College Edition) Film a realistic day: class, work, gym, coffee run, hanging with friends where I’d be wearing Johnnie-O throughout. I would highlight how it stays comfortable but still looks put-together in every setting.
3. “3 Ways to Style 1 Piece” Take one collegiate item (like a polo or quarter-zip) and style it three ways:
Sporty (golf/athletic)
Casual (leggings, sneakers) Dressy (jeans, nice shoes, accessories)

What about Johnnie-O’s style/brand stands out to you?
What stands out to me most about Johnnie-O is how effortlessly it blends casual and dressy style. The pieces feel polished and put-together without trying too hard, which makes them perfect for my college lifestyle. I also love that the brand is expanding into women’s apparel. It feels like something new I can introduce to my friends and show how easily it fits into our everyday lives.

How would you create engaging videos to promote apparel?
I would create content for Johnnie-O by authentically integrating the brand into my everyday life as a college student at the University of Nebraska. As someone who is involved in sports (both playing and working), part of a sorority, and spends my free time golfing, I naturally align with Johnnie-O’s elevated yet laid-back style. My goal would be to showcase how the brand fits seamlessly into a modern college aged girls lifestyle—beyond just traditional golf or men’s wear. My content would focus on “Day in the life” style videos, OOTD (outfit of the day, and short-form clips that highlight the apparel. For example, I would show how I style Johnnie-O pieces from class to work at the athletic department, and then into social settings with my friends or time at the golf course. This positions the brand as both functional and fashionable, something that helps young women feel confident, polished, and effortless throughout their day.I would also create content that specifically speaks to women in my community who may not yet see themselves represented in the brand. By styling pieces in a feminine, trend-forward way and sharing relatable, campus-based moments, I can help reframe Johnnie-O as a go-to for girls who want to look put-together without sacrificing comfort. Whether it’s spring game days, sorority events, or casual campus outfits, I would highlight how the brand elevates everyday style.
