In highschool I was editor in chief of the yearbook so I had a group of staff below me (about the same size) and gained great managing and leadership skills from this position. I also am currently a secretary assistant for my sorority with over two hundred girls, therefore I have done organizational inputting and am strong in organzational skills.

Please give one example of how you would encapsulate the Female Founder Collective persona and voice through a TikTok?
As a person who is very prominent and spends a lot of time on social media, I have an eye for creating things people like to see, and being up to date on trends to attract more of an audience. I would use tiktok to locate other female founded companies who have a big following on tik tok and invite them to collaborate with The Female Founder Collective, to gain recognition for someone the company supports as well as their fan base, and gain more followers and attention. Many female start ups are able to gain success from tik tok therefore highlighting and including these individuals on an account that promotes and connects them to other individuals like them would be ideal.
