I used to work at a bagel shop, and one of the main things I learned was the importance of being kind to your customers, and to always make sure you do your best to make them have the best customer experience with you. A lot of times, when I would be kind and personable to the customers, I'd ask if they want to add something extra to their order (like a hashbrown) and since they were in a good mood from a pleasant experience speaking with me, they agree to purchasing something extra. Making sure the customer doesn't feel like all you want from them is a sale is key to having them purchase something.

I do my research by interacting with videos daily to see emerging trends on Tik Tok and Instagram Reels, as well as asking Chat GPT to project any emerging trends to capitalize on and look out for.

One video I posted that got over 500k views and over 100k likes was a slo-mo video of me and the text on the screen read "I love being a woman because..." and then said something relatable to girls in the fitness space. I think this can directly translate to Lasting Brilliance and creating flower content.
