I am 22 years old. I worked in my summer internship with the sales department for a week. They needed help with an initiative to get people signed up and through the application process, which was talking a while. I decided to help by cold calling people and walking them through the entire application to submission. This helped us surpass our goal for people signed up for the initiatives and even got me a bonus and a raise. However, I was more self motivated.
