How do you plan to engage and grow an online community for a food brand like SOMOS Foods?
I see creating content for SOMOS Foods as a chance to connect with people who value meals that are authentic yet easy to prepare - even for people with limited cooking skills; meals that are dietary-requirement friendly yet flavourful and clean; meals that can be prepared in less time than it takes to order a takeout for those who have little time but still want good food. As someone who loves Mexican food - or just good food in general too! - but also doesn't have loads of time to make everything from scratch when trying to balance a busy academic schedule, staying active and being mindful about what I eat, I believe I am in a good position to understand the target market SOMOS is catering to.
Therefore, if I were to be a content creator for SOMOS, I would first address these needs that your audience might have: time constraints, dietary requirements, tired of bland recipes, spending too much on takeout, etc. so they can understand exactly how SOMOS is able to not just meet, but exceed their desires! When curiosity has been created, then content such as informational recipe demos, entertaining taste tests or challenges with family or friends, creating interactive polls and call-to-actions, etc. Creating a variety of content types will be key to not only creating interest in the products, but then allowing the consumer to make an informed and confident decision - and more importantly, to be excited! - on choosing the products that suit them
