When I analyze qualitative data, I start by getting clear on what I’m trying to learn or solve. Then I read through the data like interviews or survey responses to get a sense of the key ideas. Next, I go through the data to spot recurring themes or points. I look for patterns, like people loving one feature but struggling with another. From there, I connect the dots to figure out actionable insights, like “redesign this process” or “simplify that feature.” Finally, I summarize everything in a clear way, focusing on steps that can actually make a difference. It’s all about turning feedback into practical solutions.
