What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?

The most important aspect is the message you want to stand for, if a company has a good message right off the bat it will resonate with more people and more will want to support it if they know the company comes from a good and genuine place.

Please share one experience you've had around college sports on your campus?

I go to school at Temple so not only do I get to experience college sports but also the professional leagues, such as NFL and NBA leagues. I went to all of their home football games at the Lincoln Financial Field and have continued to go for games since their season has ended. I remember for the homecoming game it seemed like the whole school was outside tailgating and it was one of the busiest games it was such an awesome environment to be in.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?

I think brands are trying too hard to tailor to what is trending to a point where its almost cringey. I think younger people really know the trends or types of videos people are looking for and what will get views. More complex is not always better, a simple idea to get your product across can go a long way than someone that is too much you don't even want to watch.
