What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
When I review a product I want to be able to tell quickly how it will improve my life. I think it should feel accessible as soon as you start using it, and the value that its bringing to the table should be clear

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
I think that wellness is an all encompassing experience. Wellness is a tool that allows you to better enjoy your life. It is an overlap of mental and physical health. I add to my mental wellness when I spend time outside and with my friends. Taking a walk and eating healthy help build my physical and mental wellness.
When I focus on what is important to me and what I can do to build wellness I am better able to be grateful for the life I have.
