I’d leverage social media by creating a content calendar that builds momentum through behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, speaker highlights, countdowns, and user-generated content. I’d want to partner with influencers, panelists, and past attendees to share authentic stories and experiences, using platforms like Instagram and TikTok to create buzz, build community, and drive ticket sales.

While I haven’t held the formal title of Executive Assistant, I’ve supported senior teams and departments in roles where organization, communication, and discretion were essential. In my HR internships and as Director of New Member Experience in my sorority, I’ve managed scheduling, coordinated onboarding, handled sensitive information, and made sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly, all experiences that mirror the responsibilities of an EA.
