Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
When I was working for a non-profit at the end of our workshops we would ask participants to fill out a short survey to receive feedback on the efficacy and overall enjoyment of the workshop. We later incorporated this feedback after analyzing the quantitative data and deriving actionable insights from said data to improve future workshops.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
Students are busy! I would approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants in a straight-forward way. Questions that collect quantitative answers making for easy data analysis and comparison, 5 minute survey time max.
