Interview Questions
W Labs
Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2025?
In 2025, I think W Labs should focus on a mix of micro and macro influencers. Micro-influencers (under 100K followers) are especially powerful because they usually have higher engagement and stronger trust within their communities—perfect for authentic product promotion. At the same time, collaborating with macro creators like Tayo Aina or Enioluwa Adeoluwa could give W Labs a broader reach and stronger brand visibility. I’d also suggest working with niche TikTok creators in lifestyle, fashion, and tech, since short form video continues to dominate social engagement this year. This mix allows W Labs to get both authentic community trust and large scale awareness.

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?
Yes, I do. I’ve been building my own presence on social media around skateboarding and lifestyle content, and I also run a personal brand called Slant that connects skateboarding and fashion. Through that, I’ve learned how to create engaging content, understand what resonates with a community, and interact with audiences. I also run a YouTube/Twitch channel called Gamer Reacts, where I’ve experimented with audience engagement, consistency, and branding. While I haven’t worked formally in influencer marketing, I have experience identifying trends, studying how influencers grow, and applying those strategies to my own projects. I’m excited to bring that hands-on knowledge and curiosity to W Labs’ campaigns.
