Although I have never managed social media for a company, in my last semester at NYU I took a class on Public Relations for which I wrote mock-up PR plans and press releases. If I managed Three Wishes' social media, I would define my success primarily through an increase in viewership of Three Wishes across social media channels in order to engage a Gen Z audience, specifically by participating in popular trends and establishing a consistent and recognizable brand aesthetic.
