this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.
Once i had a deadline of making a 3d model and at last moment there was a slight complication. Without being stressed out cause i knw it doesn't help i changed somethings in my explanation speech and explained it nicely , and in the end it went great

Luckily many gen-z's are taking a step towards being healthy and using this we can give them incentives like giving out products for free and some fun and games and also organising career/personal counselling session for free if they attend session
