What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
Intuitiveness of a product's interface is one of the first things I look for. Secondary are efficiency, seamless experience and achieving its intended purpose.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I believe incentivizing work is a good way to motivate people to work hard and complete their task. Point systems work excellently in my opinion. Failure to work sincerely will also result in point deductions.
