Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?

This causes the student to disappear from active enrollment reports and impacts attendance, funding, and compliance reporting. Steps to Reproduce Log in as a School Site Registrar Navigate to Student Profile → Enrollment Add a new exit record with: Exit Date: Any future date (e.g., 06/15/2026) Exit Reason: Transfer Out Save the record Navigate to Enrollment Summary or run the Active Enrollment Report Expected Result Student enrollment status remains Active Exit record is stored but not applied until the exit date Student continues to appear in active enrollment and attendance reports Actual Result Student enrollment status immediately changes to Inactive Student is excluded from active enrollment, attendance, and funding reports Severity / Priority Severity: High Priority: P1 Reason: Direct impact on state reporting, attendance tracking, and funding calculations Frequency Occurs 100% of the time when a future exit date is entered Data Impact Affects CALPADS enrollment counts Causes under-reporting of active students Potential compliance and audit risk

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I approach bug identification systematically and analytically, combining user perspective with technical investigation. First, I reproduce the issue, define expected vs. actual behavior, and isolate conditions (environment, data, roles, steps). Then I document it clearly with reproducible steps, screenshots/logs, severity/impact, and suspected root causes, prioritizing bugs based on user impact, risk, and business value while collaborating with developers to validate and resolve efficiently.
