What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
It usually depends on the task. If the tasks focuses on my strong points, I may take the lead and help others who may not be as strong suited in that area but if as well as become a strategist to figure out ways to maximise my help. If I am not strong in the task, I may take allow someone else to lead and try my best to support and follow along.
