In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I do not get into a frenzy and instead try to work with the customer to figure out the core issue so we can build from there. I affirm the frustrations of the customer and lay out my steps verbally so they understand that I am taking it seriously and they can be comforted with the fact that there is action being taken.
