The punchline is cutting to the gym where I’m suddenly way too confident, acting like the main character after just one bowl. It keeps the humor light, relatable, and very Gen Z while showing Man Cereal as a fun but fitness-friendly option.

I’d combine fitness with humor by keeping it real and unserious. I’d use relatable gym moments, self-deprecating jokes, and trending sounds to make workouts feel less intimidating and more fun. Instead of perfect influencer vibes, I’d show the awkward, funny parts of fitness while still dropping helpful tips. The goal is to make people laugh first, then realize they’re learning something too.
