What's one creative strategy you have to amplify the Youthforia voice and build a strong relationship with the Gen Z community?
I noticed that Gen Z likes a lot of aesthetically pleading videos and 100% real videos. I think it would be good to have a mixture of UGC style videos and story times while having someone do their makeup and telling about the products at the same time.

What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?
The coolest (and my favorite) marketing campaign I've ever seen was Bing Maps with Jay Z's book Decoded. Bing traveled around America to the cities Jay Z mentioned in his book and blew up those pages and posted them all over the city. They put some on billboards, on tops of buildings, and even in the bottom of a swimming pool.
