In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I speak to them politely on what help I can provide them and what we can do next to resolve the issue at hand, or who I can send them forward to for a more specific solution. If there is no way to resolve the issue I explain this to the customer clearly and precisely without dragging out the problem further.
