How would you engage a skeptical customer about our brand?
When I engage a skeptical customer about the Iris app, I start by acknowledging their hesitation and showing that I respect their perspective. I might say, “That’s completely understandable. There are a lot of apps out there, so it makes sense to be cautious. Can I ask what makes you unsure?” This opens the conversation in a way that feels supportive rather than pushy.
