Interview Questions
OverHerd
Community Lead

What experience do you have that's relevant to this?
I have had hands-on experience with leading and promoting projects both in an outside of the classroom. At WPI I've worked on group initiatives where I organized team collaboration, brainstormed solutions with my team and managed executions to hit deadlines. I also DJ where I promote music events, so I have a good idea on how to hype things up.

What strategies would you use to increase user conversion for Overherd
I could host quick pop-ups or even just QR-Code flyers. Something that feels engaging on campus
I could also try to push FOMO marketing, make people feel like they're missing out if they're not on OverHerd
I would also use peer leverage to my advantage

How would you motivate brand ambassadors to engage effectively on campus?
I would focus on making ambassadors feel like they're part of something fun, exclusive, and meaningful. This could mean:
Shouting them out on socials
Letting them pitch their own meme campaigns, event ideas, or ways to "spill tea"
Hosting casual meetups if needed
When people feel values and have ownership on ideas they naturally engage more.
