What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?

I have hands-on experience scheduling and managing social media campaigns using Buffer, which I use to plan, queue, and monitor content across platforms. Managing TikTok content for Kingdom Mindset Ministry, I developed consistent posting schedules aligned with peak audience activity times, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. I track performance metrics post-publication and adjust scheduling strategies based on what the data shows. Beyond scheduling tools, I understand the importance of content calendars for maintaining consistency — planning content weeks in advance so campaigns run smoothly even during busy periods. My advocacy work at APYIN has further sharpened my ability to deliver timely, relevant content under pressure.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?

I welcome client feedback as an essential part of producing content that truly serves the brand's goals. In my experience, feedback is not a critique of creativity, it is valuable information that brings the content closer to what the audience actually needs. When managing TikTok content for Kingdom Mindset Ministry, I developed a straightforward approach to feedback. I listen first and ask clarifying questions where needed, ensuring I fully understand what the client wants adjusted before making any changes. I never take feedback personally — my goal is always the brand's growth, not my own preferences. I use Buffer to schedule and track content performance, which means I come to feedback conversations with data. Rather than debating subjective opinions, I can show metrics — reach, engagement, watch time — that ground the conversation in evidence and help the client make informed decisions about content direction. I also believe in being proactive. I regularly check in with clients before and after posting cycles, flagging anything I anticipate might need adjustment rather than waiting for feedback to come to me. This keeps the workflow smooth and builds the kind of trust that makes long-term content relationships work. Ultimately, my approach to client feedback is simple — listen carefully, respond quickly, deliver better, and always keep the audience at the centre of every decision. A client who feels heard produces better briefs, and better briefs produce better content.
