Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.

As a teacher assistant focused on supporting children on the autism spectrum, I spearheaded a project to establish a sensory-friendly space within the school. Collaborating with educators,, and administrators, we identified the specific sensory needs of students. The planning phase involved careful selection of sensory equipment and flexible seating options, emphasizing universal design principles. I managed the execution of the projects, coordinating with students/educators and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Continuous adaptation based on student feedback allowed us to fine-tune the space for optimal effectiveness. Upon completion, I worked with teachers to integrate the sensory-friendly area into daily routines and conducted workshops to raise awareness among staff and parents. The success of the project underscored the positive impact of creating an inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
