You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
Because this is product testing phase so if there anything that I dislike about the product I will contact the designated contract person from the company, I will document the problem, what I don't like about it and I will communicate about the problem then offer suggestions or reccomendations

¿What is one important thing you look or search before buying a product?
For skincare product, I would focus mostly on the ingredients to see if it is healthy for my skin and not containing harmful chemicals

¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Of course, I think it is a pretty big part because I my self as a consumer usually watch reviews of product to find whether if it good or bad, in addition I think review provide a valuable insight and opinion from other consumers, helping the buyer make informed decisions.
