Please brainstorm one area of opportunity for Dune across all social channels.
Just by looking at Instagram I love what this brand has done so far! What I would change is brighting up the feed by adding a bit more photography of products/ people using product but with a huge focus on sun. I think that it is not super obvious that Dune is a suncare product just from the feed. For social media that relies heavily on photos and videos making sure your product speaks for itself though that is super important to strategy. Another thing I would recommend is having less text of posts. I always try and keep text in captions for photos and minimizing it in videos as much as possible. It can really take away attention from the actual product and actually works against the algorithm.

Please share one beauty brand that is killing their social strategy. Why?
I recently found Eminence Skin Care from social media! They are a Certified B corp and from Hungary. I really love how they showcase all different types of users of their brand and keep their feed very beautiful/aesthetic! I love that they are not afraid to be real and they will still have pictures that are very casual and not overly themed or staged.

What's one brand that's killing their social strategy right now? Why are they standing out?
I love what Rare beauty is doing! They are keeping it realistic and authentic which is something you don't seem much of anymore. The messages are positive towards everyone and it makes you as a consumer feel welcomed. They are posting a variety of images and videos to appeal to the "normal" person and I think its working great!
