I believe FentyBeauty and PrettyLittleThing are doing a great job on the platform. They are aware of their consumers and make content for their specific audience. They have a brand identity specifically for them. They also have ambassadors that help promote their business outside of the company’s marketing team which helps the consumers feel a sense of relatability.
