<h2>How To: Filter and Evaluate Applicants (For COMPANIES)</h2>Once your GIG is live, you can review and evaluate applicants following these 3 steps.&nbsp;<ol><li>From your Dashboard, select “View Applicants” on the GIG or if you’re in the GIG Workspace select “Applicants” on the left hand side<ol><li>Here you will see all people you have invited to the GIG, those that have applied, those you have messaged, and those you have accepted</li></ol></li><li>View a student’s B\Card, profile, and answers to Interview Questions (IQ’s)</li><li>Mark them as a favorite, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://homefromcollege.com/blog/how-it-works/how-to-message-applicants">message them with any questions</a>, hide their application, or accept them to the GIG</li></ol><figure><video src="https://d3lrqzm3fer3ds.cloudfront.net/blog-media/123/1750964046129.mov" alt="" title="evaluateapplicants" controls="true" controlslist="nodownload"></video></figure><h2>Favorite Applicants</h2>To better organize your applicants you can favorite them.
