In this GIG you will support DIG's digital and community marketing efforts on social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring trends, engaging with the community, and executing campaigns.

JOVA is looking for a part-time intern to support our growing eComm and Retail channel. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founder to help us land and support retail accounts from fitness studios to local grocers.This is a fast-moving collaborative role for someone who's curious, proactive, and excited to make a visible impact at an early-stage brand.WHAT YOU'LL DO:<ul><li>Build and maintain our CRM of retail leads and active accounts</li><li>Send follow up emails and track next steps after sampling or outreach</li><li>Prepare sample shipments and organize key materials for buyer outreach</li><li>Help troubleshoot reorder issues and support account communications</li><li>Track reorder performance, margin, and wholesale health metrics</li><li>Assist with the development and testing of sales inserts signage, and reorder tools</li></ul>REQUIRMENTS:<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Google docs, Gmail, Excel</li><li>Love systems and making things run smoothly</li><li>Curious about food, wellness, or retail sales</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally</li></ul>
