We're looking for a Creator Operations intern who loves interacting with gaming creators. You'll find creators about to pop off, bring them into our program, and own the relationship end-to-end.
The pay is $1000/mo + up to $600/mo in performance bonuses for quality and quantity of creators!
You will:
1. Research: Monitor TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to spot viral content, trends, and rising creators who fit our brand.
2. Outreach: Make first contact via email or DMs, pitch collaborations, and manage communication.
3. Negotiation: Handle terms, rates, and deliverables that work for the creator and our business. Track deliverables and ensure creators submit videos on time.
4. Content Review: Approve creator submissions in our Whop communities and flag revisions. Answer support tickets as the liaison between Medal and your creators.
What we're looking for:
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Shorts, and Reels you spot gaming trends before they peak
Excellent writing and strong organization across a large creator roster
Experience in creator outreach, partnerships, or community management
Nice to have: Whop or Discord communities, gaming background, negotiation experience.
Expected Outputs
Spot viral gaming content and emerging creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Initiate daily outreach to creators via email and DMs to pitch collaborations with a goal of securing ~2 partnerships/day
Negotiate partnership terms, brainstorm content ideas, and coordinate handoffs to the internal content team.
