You'll find creators about to pop off, bring them into our program, and own the relationship end-to-end.</p><p>The pay is $1000/mo + up to $600/mo in performance bonuses for quality and quantity of creators!</p><p>You will:</p><p>1. Research: Monitor TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to spot viral content, trends, and rising creators who fit our brand.</p><p>2. Outreach: Make first contact via email or DMs, pitch collaborations, and manage communication.</p><p>3. Negotiation: Handle terms, rates, and deliverables that work for the creator and our business. Track deliverables and ensure creators submit videos on time.</p><p>4. Content Review: Approve creator submissions in our Whop communities and flag revisions. Answer support tickets as the liaison between Medal and your creators.</p><p>What we're looking for:</p><ul><li><p>Deep familiarity with TikTok, Shorts, and Reels you spot gaming trends before they peak</p></li><li><p>Excellent writing and strong organization across a large creator roster</p></li><li><p>Experience in creator outreach, partnerships, or community management</p></li><li><p>Nice to have: Whop or Discord communities, gaming background, negotiation experience.</p></li></ul></body></html>
