We're Encha, a ceremonial-grade matcha brand, growing our creator program. Small team, so you'll own this from week one, working with our BD director and creator lead.

We use GRIN. The automation is why we picked it - set up well, it runs the outreach so you can spend your time finding the right creators and tweaking messaging until response rates move. Setup is the hard part, so we want someone who's done it. Expect 10-15 hours a week for the first few weeks while you build it, then less once it's running.

What you'd be doing

• Scouting creators who fit our criteria and contacting them via the platform

• Building the outreach sequences, then handling replies and follow-up

• Getting product to creators and tracking who posts and who goes quiet

• Reviewing content, mostly for FTC disclosure

• Keeping the tracker current so we can see what's working

What we're looking for

• You've set up automated outreach in GRIN or similar (Aspire, Levanta, Social Snowball).

• You are able to follow through on the unglamorous parts. A lot of this is timely follow-up.

• You're happy being given a number and hitting it.

Nice to have: outreach at any scale, even a student org or your own account. Bonus if you drink matcha :)
